DreamWasTaken is the pseudonym online of American player Clay most well-known for his Minecraft-related video clips on YouTube. Dream played video games since the age of five. Later, he launched his own YouTube account for uploading his gameplay and commentary. He collaborates with other gamers BadBoyHalo, and GeorgeNotFound. George and Dream are believed to be having been in a relationship. Dream is yet to reveal his face and uses his gaming avatar in all his online appearances. DreamWasTaken started his career on social media as a player. His main focus is making Minecraft gameplay videos and other commentary uploaded to YouTube and various other platforms. The YouTube channel Dream brought him fame. The channel was launched in February 2014. The channel has since gained over 6.75 million subscribers and over 584 million views. BadBoyHalo collaborated on some of his YouTube Minecraft Videos.
